How we fuel our bodies deeply impacts how we feel, think, and move through the world. Nourishment isn’t about strict rules or guilt—it’s about intention. When we prioritize what we put into our bodies, we support not only our physical health but also our mental clarity, emotional balance, and long-term resilience.

At Nest Club, we believe in eating to feel energized and strong. That doesn’t mean perfect meals or rigid plans—it means making small, consistent choices that honor your body and your future. Nourishment is a form self-respect, and when approached with self care, it becomes a powerful tool for growth.

Intentionally nourish your mind, body, and soul.

I’m not a chef, just hungry.

Breakfast Edition

I don’t always have it together—but I do eat breakfast.
Too many of us skip it, or grab something that barely fuels us (lookin’ at you, Pop-Tarts).
These are a few simple, balanced breakfasts I actually rotate—nothing fancy, just real food to help you feel your best.
Because how you start your day matters.

Blueberries + Cottage Cheese
Packed with protein, probiotics, and antioxidants. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or drizzle of honey for some extra goodness.

Banana + Peanut Butter Wrap
A whole wheat tortilla, a banana, and a generous smear of peanut butter. Roll it up, slice, and snack.

Avocado Rice Cake
Top a rice cake with smashed avocado, sea salt, and red pepper flakes. Add a fried egg or microgreens if you’re feeling fancy.

Egg Tacos with Ham or Turkey
Scramble a couple of eggs, toss in some chopped ham or turkey, and wrap in a warm tortilla. Add salsa or avocado if you’ve got it.

I’m not a doctor, just tired.

Supplement Edition

I don’t take supplements because they’re trendy — I take them to feel my best.

Everything I use is based on what my body actually needs, not just whatever’s blowing up on TikTok. It took some trial and error (and label reading), but this stack supports my focus, mood, and energy in a real way.

When I found out I had the MTHFR gene mutation, I stopped guessing and started getting intentional.

Energy? Up.
Mood? Better.
Focus? Way less foggy.

Supplements aren’t one-size-fits-all.
These are what I take—not for you to copy, but to encourage you to look into what your body actually needs.

Don’t just supplement—investigate.

Your symptoms might be signals.
Get curious. Support smarter.
Your body’s been trying to tell you something.

Vyvanse
My prescribed ADHD med that’s been a game-changer for focus + clarity.

Methylated B-Complex
For energy, mental clarity, and nervous system support. Crucial if you have MTHFR and can’t process folic acid properly.

Omega-3
Specifically one with high-quality EPA & DHA — the forms that actually matter for brain health.

Zinc
Helps with immune support and mood balance.

Saffron Extract (crocus sativus)
Shown to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Increases serotonin levels, may also support dopamine and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Magnesium Glycinate
My go-to for sleep, calming my overactive brain, and reducing anxiety without making me groggy.

Vitamin D + K2
Mood, immunity, hormone support. If you're inside a lot (or living in a hoodie), you're probably low.

L-Tyrosine
Dopamine + focus support. Huge help for those sluggish, foggy mornings.

Daily Greens + ACV + Olive Oil
I mix Amazing Grass - Greens Blend, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil. It’s a gut + hormone-support ritual that works for me.

Probiotic
Not a trend. Just gut health, regularity, and immune support—non-negotiable.
